Confidential recovery coaching for high performers.

I hid my addiction behind success.
Now I help high performers break free without blowing up their lives.

Are you struggling with…

Living a double life

Holding it together publicly while privately managing more than you want to admit.

Coping fails

The habits that once helped you get through are creating more problems than relief.

Fear of losing it all

Wanting help without risking your career, relationships, or reputation.

There’s a silent epidemic of high-functioning professionals living double lives, just like I did.

They’re founders, executives, creatives, and parents; they are outwardly successful, yet inwardly exhausted. They’ve spent years perfecting the performance of having it all together, but that performance is built on fear, shame, and emotional suppression. My clients' coping mechanisms: alcohol, work, relationships, and control, have finally stopped working.

They’re looking for an alternative to traditional recovery, something more private, less exposed and more connected to their world. Many of my clients are already sober but find themselves seeking something deeper, a path to emotional sobriety that doesn’t rely on a traditional framework. They need help that honors their intelligence, their privacy, and their drive.

My coaching creates a safe, discreet container where honesty becomes a relief, not a liability. I meet people before they lose everything, helping them take accountability, rebuild trust, and reorient their lives around integrity, not image. The real addiction isn’t always to substances; it’s to the mask. I help people remove it, without losing who they are underneath.

My Story

The Hushed Healing process for getting better

Whether you are already sober, watching things crack, or facing the end of the line, the problem is the same. The way you have been managing your life is not working anymore. You want to keep what you have built without blowing up your world, and you do not have to keep living like this.

We move things forward using a clear, three-action framework. This is the work that allows you to repair your foundation while the house is still standing. It is about shifting from a state of constant management to a state of genuine stability.

Help me

Get honest without self-destruction. Acknowledging the problem does not mean detonating your career, your relationships, or your reputation. You can start privately with someone who has been in your shoes. This is how you uncover the truth and face what is happening without burning it all down.

It’s not you, it’s me

Take responsibility for your actions without blaming others. This is a big shift that you will feel over time. You will find yourself reacting less and making better decisions by thinking through consequences. We put structure around your life so you can stay grounded even when life throws curveballs.

Help them

Get out of yourself and help others. This is the sustaining medicine. When you are no longer the center of your universe, there are fewer reasons to drink and use. It is the ultimate way to protect what you have built and ensure your progress sticks. By leading with integrity instead of ego, you ensure your life stays standing. You are not just surviving anymore. You are building something solid.

FAQs

Who is Hushed Healing for?

Hushed Healing is for high performers who are still functioning but know something isn’t working anymore.

People with real careers, real responsibilities, and a lot to protect. Founders, executives, creatives, leaders.

You’re not looking to blow up your life to get help. You want privacy, honesty, and support that fits the world you actually live in.

If you’re done white-knuckling and ready for something quieter and more real, this is for you.

Is this therapy or coaching?

I’m a coach with lived experience as a high performing professional who knows what it’s like to look fine on the outside and struggle on the inside. I am not a therapist and don’t pretend to be.

This work is about awareness, integrity, accountability, and building systems that work in real life.

If you want diagnosis, this isn’t it.
If you want grounded support from someone who’s been there, it might be.

Do I need to be sober?

No.

You can be sober, trying to get sober, or not there yet. What matters is honesty and a willingness to look at what’s actually working and what isn’t.
