Confidential recovery coaching for high performers.
I hid my addiction behind success.
Now I help high performers break free without blowing up their lives.
Are you struggling with…
Living a double life
Holding it together publicly while privately managing more than you want to admit.
Coping fails
The habits that once helped you get through are creating more problems than relief.
Fear of losing it all
Wanting help without risking your career, relationships, or reputation.
There’s a silent epidemic of high-functioning professionals living double lives, just like I did.
They’re founders, executives, creatives, and parents; they are outwardly successful, yet inwardly exhausted. They’ve spent years perfecting the performance of having it all together, but that performance is built on fear, shame, and emotional suppression. My clients' coping mechanisms: alcohol, work, relationships, and control, have finally stopped working.
They’re looking for an alternative to traditional recovery, something more private, less exposed and more connected to their world. Many of my clients are already sober but find themselves seeking something deeper, a path to emotional sobriety that doesn’t rely on a traditional framework. They need help that honors their intelligence, their privacy, and their drive.
My coaching creates a safe, discreet container where honesty becomes a relief, not a liability. I meet people before they lose everything, helping them take accountability, rebuild trust, and reorient their lives around integrity, not image. The real addiction isn’t always to substances; it’s to the mask. I help people remove it, without losing who they are underneath.
The Hushed Healing process for getting better
People come to this work at different points. Some are already sober and still feel stuck and some are scared because things are starting to crack. Others know they’re close to consequences they can’t ignore anymore. What they have in common isn’t how bad things look, It’s that the way they’ve been managing life isn’t working, and they want a different way forward without losing everything they’ve built.
Getting honest
What if you didn’t have to keep managing this by yourself? Acknowledging the problem doesn’t mean detonating your career, your relationships, or your reputation. You can start privately with someone who’s been in your shoes and face what’s happening without burning it all down.
Building structure
From there, I take you through a three action structure that helps move things forward. Help me. It’s not you it’s me. Help them. Help me means asking for support without self destruction. It’s not you it’s me means taking responsibility without blame. Help them means helping others and getting out of your own head. This is where the real work happens.
Holding onto it
Here’s where I help you protect what you’ve built while things are still intact. I slow decisions down with you and think through consequences. We put structure around hard conversations, work, relationships, and recovery. Just steady, considered change that lets your life stay standing.
Checking in
You no longer have to be left alone in your own head. We start with short, daily check-ins for the first 30 days. so we can observe the patterns that surface and honesty becomes a stronger muscle . As we move along the process, we shift to fewer touchpoints each week while maintaining accountability.
